Zebrafish has emerged as a powerful translational model in biomedical sciences, offering unique advantages for drug discovery and pharmacological research. This workshop will guide participants through essential concepts, laboratory techniques, and applied research examples involving zebrafish models.

Led by experienced researchers from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), participants will gain both theoretical and practical skills, including:

1. Zebrafish as a translational model in pharmacology
2. Pharmacological screening using zebrafish
3. Zebrafish handling & experimental setup: instructional video and practical demonstration
4. Case studies: Natural products tested in zebrafish models
5. Designing a zebrafish-based pharmacology study
6. Research case sharing (UiTM & Universitas Indonesia) and ethical–practical considerations
